Singularity University Global Impact Challenge
On 19 January at the Bilbao Berrikuntza Factory, Bilbao is hosting the presentation of the “Singularity University Global Impact Challenge“, in which Bilbao Metropoli-30 is a partner organisation, together with the Rafael del Pino Foundation.
Singularity University is located at NASA Ames in Silicon Valley, and it organises the Global Impact Challenge as a worldwide competition designed to identify enterprising professionals with the ability to drive strategic changes in technology and disseminate them through the social media. The winner will take part in the Global Solutions Program, in which the 80 participants from around the world chosen by the Singularity University are invited to a stay lasting 3-6 months.
With the cooperation of the Rafael del Pino Foundation and the support of the Bilbao Metropoli-30 Association, this 2017 edition is choosing new candidates, to be selected in Bilbao following the presentation event, which is to be held at Bilbao Berrikuntza Faktoria, a venue belonging to the Bilbao Local Authority that is used for new entrepreneurs and projects in emerging technologies.
