Geoje (South Korea)

One of the social purposes of the association is the promotion of the external image of the metropolis. For this reason, and at the request of Bilbao International from Bilbao City Council, we received a delegation from Geoje (South Korea).

The delegation is headed by the mayor of Geoje accompanied by management and technical profiles of various areas (infrastructure, urban planning, tourism, culture, etc.).

Geoje is a city of 240,000 inhabitants in the South Gyeongsang region. A large part of South Korea’s shipyard activity is concentrated in this area. Its interest is the urban revitalization of the city and its background.
