CATCH Delivery Unit (Belgium)

We meet with Benjamin D’Haese, part of CATCH Delivery Unit, public organization in charge of reboosting regional economic development in Belgium. CATCH comes from the acceleration plan named Catalysts for Charleroi – CATCH in short. A small Delivery Unit described as a public utility startup was commissioned to implement the projects of the CATCH plan.

They are currently benchmarking other organizations that are using/used a working model similar to them. The final goal is to create a best practices summary comparing these organizations from different aspects. Using this new tool, they hope to improve and learn new insights that could help them achieve their mission.
