21st Workshop on Strategic Plans
The subject chosen for the 21st Workshop on Urban Strategic Plans is “The right to a city: from the Urban Agenda to the neighbourhood”.
This edition addresses two topics that are currently on the table for urban strategic planning teams. On the one hand, the integration of the various levels of the Urban Agenda (global, European, national, local…) and its implementation at urban level, a path that is to be followed by both cities and territories. On the other, urban strategies are now turning in toward inner cities and focusing on neighbourhoods and their issues: tourism, gentrification, loss of traditional retail outlets and ageing, among other matters.
The Workshop on Urban and Territorial Strategic Plans is held on 23 and 24 May in Zaragoza, organised by Ebrópolis.
