At the request of the Basque Association of Municipalities (EUDEL), a founder member of Bilbao Metropoli-30, the director general is to hold a presentation on the revitalisation of metropolitan Bilbao for delegates from Eastern European countries on a visit to Euskadi-The Basque Country organised by the Council of Europe.
