Seoul Housing & Communities Corporation (South Korea)

Bilbao Metropoli-30 welcomes a delegation from the Seoul Housing & Communities Corporation, a local public construction company set up by the Seoul Metropolitan Government with the remit to bring stability to housing conditions and improve the public wellbeing of the people of Seoul through the delivery of more than 132,000 homes for rental and 81,000 homes under hire purchase.

Its overriding aim is to improve the environment and particularly the lives of Seoul’s population. The delegation, made up of 13 people, is travelling to Bilbao to learn about the advanced business of Urban Regeneration, share knowledge, and forge mutual ties.
