Within the process of reviewing the Guidelines for Territorial Planning (DOT) and the Partial Territorial Plan for Metropolitan Bilbao (PTPBM), the Basque government’s Department of the Environment, Territorial Planning and Housing, together with the Provincial Council of Bizkaia’s Department of Transport, Mobility and Territorial Cohesion are organising an event for the presentation and discussion of ideas for social agents and institutions in which the Association is going to take part.
