C Bilbao Metropoli-30 Workshop

On 26 November 2015, the Emakunde Equality Forum held a joint encounter involving the Bizkaia Business Confederation (CEBEK) and Bilbao Metropoli-30. The main speakers were Izaskun Landaida (director of Emakunde), José Antonio Garrido (chair of Bilbao Metropoli-30) and Iñaki Garcinuño (chair CEBEK). Other speakers were Inés Anitua, Director General of the Basque Automotive Cluster (ACICAE), and Matilde Elexpuru, Director General of TISA Congresses and Chair of the Association of Women Entrepreneurs and Executives of Bizkaia (AED).

The encounter was called “Women’s role and leadership in business”.

Prior to the event, on 1 October, Emakunde had presented the Equality Forum under the heading, “Equality means progress. Take the plunge”. Bilbao Metropoli-30 has been involved in the Equality Forum since 2011.
