Government of Aguascalientes (Mexico)

Through the mediation of the Delegation of the Basque Country in Mexico, Bilbao Metropoli-30 receives the visit of Guillermo de la Torre Sifuentes, Secretary of Planning, Participation and Development of the Government of Aguascalientes (Mexico). He is accompanied by Luis Fernando Anaya, Coordinator of Strategic Projects, and Gabriel Portell, external advisor to the Government of Aguascalientes.

The Mexican delegation is interested in the transformation of the metropolitan area, especially from the point of view of economic development.
