The Association receives Alfredo Esparza, Planning Coordinator of the Secretary of Planning and Citizen Participation of the Executive Power of the state of Querétaro (Mexico), and professor at the Mondragón Mexico University.

The Secretary of Planning and Citizen Participation of Querétaro is working on long-term planning. For this reason, the main interests of his visit are the past and future strategies of Bilbao Metropoli-30, as well as the urban regeneration process of Bilbao.
