National Human Resources Development Institute (South Korea)

The Association receives a delegation from the National Human Resources Development Institute, belonging to the Ministry of Personnel Management of South Korea, composed of Directors of 12 government agencies from different areas.

The purpose of the visit is to see and listen to Bilbao’s successful urban renovation story based on a long-term plan to coordinate and to cooperate diverse stakeholders, interested in your continuing efforts to coordinate local community, governments, and diverse corporations.

Recently Korea Government has vigorously started to build up and to support urban rehabilitation through diverse projects. One of the practical and sustainable projects is to build and manage community gardens by local residents.

This visit is part of the one year round training program to build capacity for better leadership as director generals.
